The new Megger DPM1000 power clamp meter combines the functionality of a power meter, harmonics meter, and data logger in one easy-to-use package that meets the requirements of BSEN 61010-1 CAT IV 600 V for supply side applications. It has a large, backlit LCD screen that clearly displays all measurements that can be selected at the touch of a button or when rotating the selection dial. It also features auto-ranging and has three-phase rotation indication and automatically switches off to save battery consumption.
The DPM1000 can measure DC, AC, pulsed, and mixed currents up to 1000 A simply by clamping the jaws around the appropriate conductor, whilst voltages up to 1000 V AC or DC may be measured by the supplied test leads. Where power measurements are to be made, both techniques above are performed simultaneously. All power related parameters can be measured including energy consumption, frequency, total harmonic distortion, distortion factor, and capacitance.
The instrument can make temperature measurements up to 1000 °C using the thermocouple provided, has an internal torch that can be used during the operation of the clamp, and has automatic non-contact voltage detection for identification of live circuits.
The DPM1000 is ideally suited to measuring mains power quality and applications in the development, installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment and devices used in power electronics and power engineering

The Megger MET1000 is a multifunctional voltage and current tester providing electricians and electrical engineers a versatile and robust handheld all-in-one meter, with detachable test leads. Featuring both LED and LCD displays, it gives the user a 200 A AC and 1000 V AC/DC tester designed for everyday use. CATIV 600 V/CATIII 1000 V rated, with an IP65 housing for added protection, it reduces the number of testers required in the professional’s tool bag.

The AVO410 TRMS digital multimeter has been designed for the contracting electrician however, its additional features also make the instrument suitable for wide range of applications and users. Indeed, the AVO410 offers both AC and DC voltage and current measurements as well as resistance, frequency, and capacitance ranges. It is also capable of true RMS readings on AC functions and has a CATIV 600 V safety rating, making it suitable for industrial applications. To that end, its slim, compact case has a tough rubber holster, giving it extra protection from the extreme conditions found in industrial environments.
The style of the case and positioning of the function switch and buttons means the unit sits comfortably in your palm for single-handed use and it's intuitive functions make it easy to use without constant reference to the user guide.
Additionally, the AVO410's display features a back light that allows measurements to be made in poorly lit areas and it comes supplied with a silicon cable and GS38 compliant shrouded tips on the prods.
