DELTA4000 series is a fully automatic 12 kV insulation power factor / dissipation factor (tan delta) test set designed for condition assessment of electrical insulation in high voltage apparatus such as transformers, bushings, circuit breakers, cables, lightning arresters, and rotating machinery.
The TRAX multifunction transformer and substation test system has an intuitive app-based infrastructure that transforms the unit into whatever test set is required, including winding resistance, load tap changer measurements and turns ratio to name but a few. Delivering accurate results into one unified report for comprehensive asset management.
Clamps with elliptical apertures that can accommodate cables up to 39 mm diameter and flat earth tapes up to 50 mm wide make Megger's new DET14C and DET24C earth resistance clamp testers quick and easy to use, even with large conductors and in applications where access to conductors is restricted. In addition, these instruments are the first of their type to have a CATIV 600 V safety rating in line with EN61010, with 8 kV of transient isolation, and operator safety is further enhanced by a hazardous current warning that is operative on all test ranges.

TRAX is not just another multi-functional test instrument, but rather many intelligent instruments built into one box. The software includes a number of apps, making it fast and easy to perform a large range of different tests. The hardware offers unmatched flexibility and the range of cables and accessories adds even more flexibility, making the TRAX an efficient and time saving system for any user in the world.
One product
TRAX is a multi-functional solution for transformer testing. It also adds several common substation testing functionalities, and ultimately replaces numerous individual testing devices. Compared to conventional single-functionality instruments, TRAX saves time and is more cost effective.
TRAX applications range from power transformers, where it offers several unique and outstanding features, to instrument transformers, circuit breakers, relays and many other substation components.
For many years, stakeless or clamp-on testing has been accepted as an established method of testing earth system resistance, and is now included in the German standard VDE 0100-600:2008 (appendix B3). This method has a number of real user benefits, in particular not having to disconnect the electrode under test, increased user safety and huge savings in time and aggravation. However, many users are failing to enjoy the benefits of stake-less testing, and that’s mainly down to two main issues. Firstly many potential users do not fully understand the testing technique, and avoid it; secondly many people have found some problems when testing, resulting in a number of concerns.

The MTO 300 series delivers full eight-terminal/six-winding resistance measurement capability. It is designed to save time for the user by testing all normal 6 windings without having to disconnect and reconnect leads during testing.
The MTO3xx series also shares the Megger TTR300 series lead set. Users who test both turns ratio and winding resistance can save time and money since only one lead set is needed to connect to the transformer.

The SVERKER 900 Relay and Substation Test System is the engineer’s ultimate toolbox that addresses the increasing need for three-phase testing capability in electrical distribution substations, renewable power generation stations and industrial applications. The intuitive user interface is presented on the LCD touch screen. It has a powerful combination of current and voltage sources and a versatility of measurement possibilities.
