Primary injection test set for protective relay equipment and circuit breakers
The SPI4000 is a high current primary injection test system with the flexibility to test, via primary injection, a wide variety of devices, including low voltage power circuit breakers, moulded-case circuit breakers equipped with thermal magnetic or electronic trip devices, overcurrent relays, and thermal relays. Designed to accommodate circuit breakers with ratings of up to 4000 Amps frame size, the SPI4000 fully complies with NEMA AB-4 test guidelines.
The SPI system is the first high current test system that allows you to type in a predetermined current amplitude and will then generate and regulate the requested high current without preheating the test sample by pulsing the output current at high amplitudes. Additionally, the SPI system has the unique ability to turn on at the current zero crossing every time for any load by automatically adjusting the output firing angle. This eliminates DC offset for all circuit breaker types and eliminates the need for you to determine and manually adjust the firing angle for various loads and circuit breakers.

The Fluke ii915 Acoustic Imager is a powerful tool designed to identify and evaluate issues in various systems. With three distinct modes—LeakQ™, PDQ™, and MecQ™—this innovative device empowers maintenance professionals to take proactive measures and prevent costly problems. Let’s explore its capabilities:

The VLF Sine 62 kV, with integrated tan delta, is a compact, robust, and portable high-performance VLF sine wave test system for medium voltage cables.
The 62 kV tester is a multifunctional tool. In addition to VLF and DC testing, it can also perform sheath testing and sheath fault pinpointing when used in combination with the step voltage probe ESG NT/ NT2. Furthermore, the optional internal tan delta expands the system to assess both cable integrity and condition. The smart VLF system automatically adjusts the test frequency to the cable length, making even tests on 35 kV rated cables (up to 25 km) easy and reliable.
Field operations require no external computer. Equipped with intuitive operating software and a large internal memory, the VLF sine wave 62 kV evaluates and stores all data automatically.
Using either a USB port or wireless connection to mobile end-device (coming soon), datasets can be easily exported and processed for report generation via the PC software MeggerBook Lite (included in delivery). What's more, you can review all performed measurements either immediately or at a later point in time on the unit itself.

The new Megger DPM1000 power clamp meter combines the functionality of a power meter, harmonics meter, and data logger in one easy-to-use package that meets the requirements of BSEN 61010-1 CAT IV 600 V for supply side applications. It has a large, backlit LCD screen that clearly displays all measurements that can be selected at the touch of a button or when rotating the selection dial. It also features auto-ranging and has three-phase rotation indication and automatically switches off to save battery consumption.
The DPM1000 can measure DC, AC, pulsed, and mixed currents up to 1000 A simply by clamping the jaws around the appropriate conductor, whilst voltages up to 1000 V AC or DC may be measured by the supplied test leads. Where power measurements are to be made, both techniques above are performed simultaneously. All power related parameters can be measured including energy consumption, frequency, total harmonic distortion, distortion factor, and capacitance.
The instrument can make temperature measurements up to 1000 °C using the thermocouple provided, has an internal torch that can be used during the operation of the clamp, and has automatic non-contact voltage detection for identification of live circuits.
The DPM1000 is ideally suited to measuring mains power quality and applications in the development, installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment and devices used in power electronics and power engineering

Key Features:

The SVERKER 750 and SVERKER 780 relay test sets are the engineer's toolbox. The control panel features a logical layout, so SVERKER 650 users will find it comfortably familiar and will be able to start work right away. These instruments are intended primarily for secondary testing of protective relay equipment. Virtually all types of single-phase protection can be tested. You can also test three-phase protection by testing one phase at a time, as well as a number of protective relay systems that require phase shifting, and automatic reclosing devices.
These instruments feature many functions that make relay testing more efficient. For example, they have a powerful measurement section that can display, in addition to time, voltage, and current, Z, R, X, S, P, Q, phase angle, and cos φ. The voltmeter can also be used as a second ammeter (when testing differential relays, for example). All values are presented on a single easy-to-read display.
You can also test directional protective equipment efficiently by means of the built-in variable voltage source. In the SVERKER 780, this has a continuous phase shift function and adjustable frequency as well, and automatic reclosing devices can also be tested just as easily.
Since the compact SVERKER weighs only 18 kg (39 lbs), it’s easy to move from site to site. Two or more SVERKER units can also be synchronised, which allows you to operate a basic three-phase test set.
Designed to comply with EU standards and other personal and operational safety standards, the SVERKER 750 and SVERKER 780 are also equipped with a serial port for communication with personal computers and the PC software SVERKER Win.
