The Fuse-Safe™ quickly creates a temporary portable current limiting fuse device out of any current limiting fuse with ½” diameter end studs. The Fuse-Safe™ can be used in series with the Utility Solutions BREAK-SAFE^® tool to add temporary fuse and fault close in protection.

The Fuse-Safe™ consists of an upper duckbill clamp coupling and a lower parking stand coupling. The lower coupling incorporates a fixed parking stand that provides flexibility to the user during installation and operation. Installation of the upper and lower coupling requires only the use of a standard 1/8” Allen wrench (provided). USFS-001 can be provided with a current limiting fuse selected by the customer.
